My descendants drove 6-7,000 Mexican longhorns up from Texas over what would later be parts of the Chisolm trail. Dealt with Indians on more than a few occasions. During the the process of establishing ranches in Utah, and Montana and later Alberta some of our family were killed by Indians and we killed them right back. Nobody is crying about it now. That just was the way it was. The hatchet throwers killed a couple of the men in the family, and in turn they paid for it. That was life in the territory.
People are looking for opportunities to be offended now, so they have to research crap that happened before we even had airplanes..
