Caught this buck on a trailcam in early October and saw him later with a couple of does at edge of a field while spreading manure. 9 day gun season coming up will see if he shows up or roust him out in a deer drive. Read some of his sign and hung a ladder stand in some open and young timber just out side of some thickets.





Filled my tag with this buck. He came out of a thicket into the open timber in love with a doe. 18 yards and he took an arrow and was down in 60 paces.


Three days before I took this buck, I put a relative in this stand. He had been working 7 days a week and needed a break.
