How in the hell does a "field expert", such as yourself, spend a month killing a cow elk in Wyoming?
I see no reason to spend a bunch of time getting that done.
Last year I killed 2 bulls and a cow, all by the second day of their respective seasons.
This year it took me five days to kill a cow and I didn’t fill my bull tag (and any legal bull would’ve been fine by me).
That’s elk hunting……..
