Zactly. She is not ambitious. She just wants the money and fame. She has it, and has no need, desire, or competency to actually assert herself in any way.
But why would that keep her from being POTUS? Other people would make all the policy decisions for her. All she would have to do is come out and read some scripts and wave to the crowd. Just like Joe.
That would still be too much 'work' for her and it would detract from her permavacation.
