Well the last time he was online was the day he made the post. He has "Ranching" listed as his occupation on his profile here. And, his post looks like it was written in somewhat of a hurry. I would wager that the guy has a ranch to take care of, didn't expect this sort of response to his ad, and is going to get back on sometime within the next week to sort everything out. I don't know the guy, but it would make sense to me.
