I watched the State Police shut down I-95 (for 1/2 a day) over a wrecked pop-up camper trailer... that slide off a cloverleaf into a retaining pond... trailer was 100+ yards from any pavement...

Why?

There was a 5 gallon propane tank in the front of the trailer... that you could clearly see it... with binoculars.

If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.
