I would really like to see quality conventional hunting scopes, especially fixed powers and lower magnification variables.
No Christmas tree reticles, 30mm tubes, illuminated reticles, exposed turrets...blah blah blah!
These are all I will buy as well. Like somebody above said, what a VX3 used to be. Power of 2-7x32, 2.5-8x36, 3-9x40, 6x36. 1” tubes. Duplex reticle. Would prefer some gloss options. But will slum matte if forced.
I have no need for Christmas tree reticles. 30mm. Multiplication factors of 6. Turrets that look like shotgun shells hanging off the scope. Sleek. Simple. Streamlined. Please.
There are no options like this anymore. I buy a couple a year. Mostly used now.
