According to the news, the gal in Utah had emotional and developmental issues.
High risk IMHO.
Amazing how the creepers find the weakest ones.
When one IU girl went missing ( later found dead- killer is behind bars )....
there was much discussed. Warned that predators circle these hot spots, looking for the right victim.
Drugged at parties seems to be one way.
Or just drunk walking back to dorm/ appt.
Another IU gal Lauren Speirer, missing for years, her case unsolved.
