One misconception about trail cameras is they don’t find the deer . You still got do your foot work and put the cameras were they are traveling .
Camera just shows you what you got for deer , freezer meat or a wall hanger .
Doesnt always mean they going to be there when the camera shows them , other hunters , predators , food source change , can all affect their whereabouts .
I suggest after the first couple of checks to only go in when actually hunting that area , the pics can get addicting and before you know it you’ve spooked your area .Cell cams are better , because you don’t have to frequent your area so much .but can be more expensive to operate .
