I am on this eating plan ( diet is ghey) where I eat only one meal a day at 0430 hrs. I eat a ton of chow, including some type of hot cereal. I am hungry as a horse at night but I have managed to gain some discipline and am losing about 10 lbs a month this way. Better off just cutting out the carbs. That way you can eat pretty much all you want, no need to go hungry and the weight will still come off.
