Since you are likely to keep obsessing about her recoil sensitivity give her your 30-06 to shoot loaded at minimum levels with 110 grain bullets to practice at first. Worked like magic for my grandson at 14 he was shooting max load 180’s no problem. When you move up have her start out shooting off hand so recoil seems minimal.

I trained a novice 115 lb woman getting ready for a hunting show to handle my lightweight 375 H&H - no big deal for her & she nailed my charging Buffalo & the one on the show too. This thing kicked like a mule, one of my nephews has a scar on his eyebrow to attest to the kick. Women can handle recoil it just takes some practice & a real reason to put up with it.
