I've read that a wise man learns from his mistakes, but that a really wise man learns from the mistakes of others, so, is there a primer or comprehensive thread/post etc., to guide an absolute powder coating noob past the pitfalls?
I don't cast much, but have the stuff to do it and recently added some red Eastwood powder and a .356" Lee push through sizer for coating my cast 9mm. I believe that my wife has a convection type toaster oven we aren't using tucked away somewhere, so it sounds like I have the needs part covered, with the exception of maybe non-stick foil, a tray and whatever I need to do the actual coating. I've read about plastic beads. Are we talking about Airsoft BB's?
