Butterscotch meringue. Wife does a wonderful job with a recipe left to us by my mom.
Oh boy. Haven’t had one of those in a long time.
My favorite is a graham cracker crust, peanut butter on the bottom, and home made chocolate pudding for the filling.
Strawberry rhubarb is a strong second, pecan and pumpkin filling out the list.
Though I’d not turn down a piece of cherry or apple!
