I have a bunch of rifles and mix it up from time to time, but this one sure has put a lot of meat in the freezer over the years.
Model 70 Winchester Classic Featherweight chambered in 280 Remington, topped with a Leupold Vari-X3 2.5x8.
I can't imagine changing anything about it.

very nice rig. Don't find model 70 factory chambered in 280 very often.

This was a long time ago. I was walking through a gun show and saw this rifle on a dealer’s table. He saw me looking at it and asked me to name a price. Being a young smart azz at the time. I belted out “$400!” It was new in the box. Much to my surprise, he said “Pay me.” I was surprised, but very happy.
