"Rules for Radicles" is their script and playbook.
One of the foundational strategies is to do evil things and blame your enemy for them. So the Dem/Comms call good evil and evil good.
They want legislation to take away freedoms and call them "Freedom acts".
The want to poison people and pass laws saying they are fighting against drug use.
They rig elections and want laws titled "free elections" and so on.
Their voting rights bill is no more then a pro-communist bill that ensures no one can ever "win" but a fellow communist.
