Wow! A population of over 29 million folks and they found that under 0.04% of them were illegally registered. Yeah, when you do the various estimates of that 29 Million that are of voting age, and what percentage of them might actually leave the couch to vote, the number goes up, but does it go up enough to rise above the background level or normal goof-ups?
