I wonder if it is possible to see a need for infrastructure improvements in one’s state, and still vote against a bill because of the gross amount of pork contained therein? Knowing that in most human brains, infrastructure actually means infrastructure, some congress critters feel improving or rebuilding a decaying bridge is better than setting aside funds for high speed rails that aren’t going to get used. Or in CA’s case won’t even get finished.

I attend a local political forum with all the candidates, sort of a question and answer session.
They all used the word INFRASTRUCTURE - I'm not sure any of them actually knows what it means...

Build roads and put up stop lights to keep traffic moving........ All about the roads, and how much revenue we collect from the new businesses.......


And these zombies line up and eat from the media’s trough
