I think they're under rated by todays shooters......simple basic design, accurate, reliable and easy to maintain. I've had, and have, many inlines of the break open and bolt action design and, other than the ability to use BH209 or smokeless, they don't offer any ballitic advantage over the good ol' MK85. Here's a version you don't see many of.

Another variation that Knight made to try to modernize the MK85............the MK95 that uses .38 plastic cases as primer holders.
