I have not used this myself but a few guys that I hunt with swear by #1 and BB in tss. Take that as second hand info, I would look at the number of pellets per ounce and penetration at the distance you will be hunting. Hope that helps but I think tss is a game changer for a lot of shotgun hunting. Have a great weekend. Gary U
