I had a conversation with Jimmy & Vic about building a SAUM. They both recommended a long acton to prevent any potential feeding issues.
Easily remedied with a Wyatt’s box in a standard SA. Or build it on a M70 WSM action.
The problem with defiance XM action is you basically have to buy their bottom metal setup for it also and they charge quite a bit for it.
