Steve Zihn posts here and builds lovely rifles, but I'm not sure of his backlog.
My Vincent was built by John Bergmann and is wonderful. He has built quite a few Vincents as well as many other styles.
You may want to check out the American Longrifles forum and state your interest. Be prepared to discuss wood grades and barrels as well as a price range you're willing to pay.
Track of the Wolf frequently has Vincents or Ohio styles for sale.
