Probably won't be able to help you much. I ship quite a few rifles, and have plenty shipped to me as well. Consequently the rafters of my garage are full of all sorts of rifle boxes, and I usually can find one that fits, sometimes even the factory box!
If I'm shipping more expensive rifles I buy a low-price plastic travel case. It's cheap insurance.
