Lee Crimping die.
Remove the carbide ring when desiring bullets to stay at .430,.431, etc. or you'll resize back down.
I keep seeing this repeated on forums, but I've never experienced this myself. I use the Lee FCD and the Lee Collet for crimping 44mag and they absolutely DO NOT size the bullet.
