Lol we had a guy come in to do career day at my high school. In front of the entire class and teacher, dude said "we don't like it when black people trade in cars. We don't give them as much for it because it usually stinks like that stuff they put on their hair."
Even in 1999 I flinched lol
I knew a black dude that used to braid his hair rub some Vaseline I think was called Magic then tie a Bandana on his head for a couple weeks before he took it off said it made is Afro grow.
