No, dummy, no denomination means no liability. Every church is independent. The Southern Baptist Convention does nothing more than cooperate for mission purposes. Every church is completely autonomous and consults with no one when hiring and firing individual preachers or other workers. Only individual churches could be liable.
Even if somehow the convention itself were liable, there is no money and no assets beyond a few buildings.
