Maybe. Should shoot everything well and keep 400 grain mono solid penetrating straight as an arrow
Yep, i'd grab some 400gr CEB #13's and the appropriate Hemmer bullet and see what can be done, that's going to be a very hard slapper, my dinky 400 H&H powers 400gr CEB solids and A-Frames to 2400 fps with Varget, you can get a lot more done with your setup.
