But, in the meantime, you could get similar performance and behavior using comparable cast bullet loads from a .30-06 barrel:

Unfortunately, SR4759 has been out of production for some time, now. So, a substitute powder with similar performance characteristics might be needed (though the odd can of 4759 will still occasionally turn up).
