Looked like a 10/22 to me from the fuzzy pic...but it's weird all round scenario how he's dressed and lying out there like that...I wonder what the overall story is...was he stopped by police first of something and then get all frazzeled?
I was thinking 10/22 or Marlin Model 60? Looks like a pencil barrel on a .22 rimfire...
