Yeah that is the best description that I have heard in a while, and accurate too! It is worth the price if the stock isn't altered (bedded, floated, etc.) Put that stock on a clean unmolested model that has a pad and put the padded one on this one is what I would do. I would also part with the scope (sell or trade).
