You may want to ask this question in the AR and tactical rifle forum here. Those guys are pretty smart and helpful there. I have a couple AR10's, but don't run an AGB or suppressor. For the most part, I believe most AR10 type rifles are going to be fairly "hard" on brass. I know when I run brass through my 6.5 Creedmoor it dings it up pretty good, so now I segregate brass, which I don't like to do. Also, a 110 grain bullet is pretty light in a 308 winchester and it may not produce enough pressure (or more importantly, dwell time) to operate the rifle properly, even without the suppressor. The lightest bullet I run in my Armalite AR10 308win is a 150, but those are full pressure loads and it functions 100%..
