This. And I have little faith a Republican majority in the Senate would refuse to approve the nominee even after the election. Republicans are spineless appeasers for the most part.
This is the problem. Don't ever forget that when push comes to shove some of our "Republican" senators are Democrats. Cassidy, Romney, Collins come to mind.
