Laugh if you want, but who of us has not seen some idiot mowing while his kids play within feet of that whirling blade? As has been proven, a mower-thrown rock can be as powerful as a pistol slug.
It's mostly the gender-specific concepts that made me laugh. And the prohibition against running over babies doesn't seem to include mowing near someone else.
