Have used my Ruger 243 Ultra Light with the 95 gr BT on 3 animals. A Sika doe, Fallow doe and a Prognhorn. All bang flops, longest range was the Pronghorn, 73 yards. Muzzle velocity is 2813 fps, does 3/4" 3 shot groups at 100 yards. The bullet was explosive on these animals. On the Pronghorn, I hit him high behind the left shoulder, made a tiny entrance hole, blew a 2 inch section of ribs out, destroyed the back third of the lungs, made a 1 1/2" hole in the off side ribs and exited low behind the right shoulder, was a slight down hill shot angle. All three animals showed massive internal damage with the bullets exiting, which kinda suprised me a little, I figured with a light weight BT and close range the bullet would explode inside the animal and not exit.
