Fountain Square is kinda hipster but gets invaded. Is next to some rough places.
I'll go to Kumas but am outta Indy before sun goes down.
Used to party off 38th and Illinois at the Melody Inn (Punk Rock Night).
Never a problem, even when the cops stayed on other side of 38 LOL
But that was hell........over a decade ago.
Was sketchy then, definitely worse now.
