These dies use a bushing and so I am looking for a FL non bushing die that once I get my neck tension figured out, can have it honed out to the size I need.
I really don't want to get into donuts at the base of the neck.

A good way to go is to use a standard Redding 22BR full length die (#91316) and open up the neck with a carbide reamer for the neck size you want. I've made several of these and they work out very nice if you want a fixed neck diameter.
