I’ll probably paint mine when I get it. Not crazy about the woven look. Scuff, prime, texture paint is my plan.

All I’ve done in the past is use overlapping applications of different shades, which has resulted in a certain amount of depth and shadow-effect. Not any sort of artist, so Pretty isn’t what I go for. Used that stone-textured stuff last time. It gives a good grip and kills glare.
