Looks like a chit plan, that'll allow the goal post to be moved when goals are met just like what happened in ID, MT, and WY. Also BS that farmers and ranchers need to be permitted to protect their own property. I went to the planning meeting in Trinidad, and most of what I voiced concerns on they're doing lip service to.
I'm sure a lot of wolves will just dissappear.
