My proceedure for f-forming to an Ackley version:

-New brass
-Top end load of a fast-ish powder for the parent cartridge
-A bullet toward the heavier end of the range
-A firm jam into the rifling
-Lightly coat the cases with 3-In-1 oil, choke tube oil, etc.
