Does anyone recognize this p.o.s !? This occurred yesterday on my front porch , I heard commotion of a dog in distress but when I looked outside he was already walking off with his dog , I didn’t realize what had just happened until I reviewed my cameras and this is what I saw ! I was absolutely disgusted with his behavior and we did call animal control and handed them the recording but we need to figure out who and where he is , if anyone recognizes this guy call caldwell,idaho PD
