What Abbott did was probably the best single thing a governor can do against the feds. Sending illegals to sanctuary cities since feds won't close the border,... perfect.
Be cheaper to make the southern border one long shooting range. Mexico being the impact area. Texans like to shoot and bet crossing numbers would go down.
