It looks to be a 99EG in .300 Savage manufactured in 1940 according to the label, but I didn't get the serial number. It is drilled and tapped and has a scope mount, but no rings or scope. It is also non factory drilled as the Savage logo is on the top of the receiver ring. They are asking $850.00 and I really don't know if that is a good price. Blueing and furniture are in decent shape (some scratches, etc).I would love to get a 99 in .300 Savage as that was the first center fire gun I ever shot. What do you all think?
