So now have that 1987 classic Remington 700 in 338, any bases that are recommended for it, one piece or two piece?
Two-piece for better access to ejection port.
If the rifle has sights, get detachable rings. Weavers are the best value. Talley are nice but more $. Warne makes some too.
But the weavers are light, string, and hard to beat.
