I have heard they work good, though Ive never personally used them. Ive found terminal performance to be erratic with Sierras, but perhaps the 55 GKs are OK. The only Sierra I shoot is the 63SMP and its terminal performance is predictably good...perhaps the 55s are too.
Hopefully someone with actual experience will chime in.

I have not killed anything with the 63 SMP's but they are accurate out of several of my rifles. Unfortunately, Sierra has not made them for several years. I have been hoarding a box waiting for the "right time" to bring them out. It would be nice to see them hit the shelves again.
