Remember Jack Wilson, the guy that head shot the killer in the White Settlement Church shooting? He had to wait nearly a year to be cleared by the Grand Jury and they had that whole mess on video tape. Wheels gave him a State Award for bravery within a month, but he still had to go before the Grand Jury
