Big Stick says unless I have a 6mm CM with a bullet with a BC of .620, that I won't be able to handle the recoil, I'll go deaf from the noise, the terminal effects will be poor, and the inferior flight characteristics will totally eliminate any fun to be had.
Wish I had known all this 65 years ago. It would have been spared a lifetime of grief and misery in the woods!
