Someone on here has one....RustyZipper actually....he bought it from OlRufus on here. I know because I almost bought it from OlRufus...just as I was about to commit, I was notified that I won an auction for a 7600 Whelen carbine. To further the story...I traded RustyZiper my synthetic stock for that guns straight comb wooden stock.
I believe it was a JES reborn and cut to 18 or 20" if I recall correctly.
I have a 22" Whelen with a scope. I wanted a carbine for a ghost ring for nasty weather tracking and still hunting.
