That’s a ridiculous parade of fine eating ! The sashimi platter and swordfish looks to die for ! BTW , wahoo makes some excellent sashimi ! Don’t pass an opportunity for wahoo sashimi.
I’ve struck out the past 4 times chasing wahoo on the A side of FL. My guys tell me they hook them pretty regularly but of course never when I’m on deck!
As far as sashimi quality, a couple of sushi fan buddies down FL way have told me the same, that wahoo sashimi is outstanding. As an aside, my swordfish guide/self-proclaimed sushi nut bud insists that
There’s nothing in the ocean better than raw swordfish. I remain skeptical, but hope to find out for myself one of these days…
