QUOTE .....A black guy and gal were in the front car that was in the little wreck, it was in broad daylight at 11 am.When the Davenport cops worked the wreck the couple said that the guys in the Explorer hopped out and ran away and they "didn't get a good look at them."...... they probably was also black..black people wont tell on other black people to the cops ,no matter what . that how they are around here
