One of the things that hasn't been sorted-out in the handgun business is "suppressor height" versus "optics/red dot" height. I don't like the amount of window space that many suppressor height sights seem to take up; I prefer the irons to be in the lower third of the window.

One outfit that seems to recognize the difference is Night Fision. They offer optics height sights, to include ones for the VP9. I've got them on a Glock 19 MOS with a Trijicon RMR and will we getting them for a couple of other optics-mounted pistols.

Another thing, and it's a matter of personal preference: I really dislike orange or red front sight inserts with red dot optics; I don't want more than one dot of the same or similar color in the window. I prefer a plain black rear sight and plain tritium insert front sight.

(And if you need a VP9 optic plate, I think I have one, but I can't even remember what optic it was for.)
