El Paso Saddlery makes some decent stuff.

They offer some designs that Milt Sparks does not and vice versa. I have a Tanker rig from them and have had a belt holster that I have picked up that came with gun purchases. The quality is good. What I have noted is that the price is very close to Milt Sparks, so if I am going to spend that much, I would rather spend another $20-$25 bucks and have a Milt Sparks rig, since long after the price has been forgotten about I am always glad I purchased a premium type piece of gear. I don't think you can go wrong either way though.
